English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 (or equivalent) with no component score below 6.0.

A Postgraduate Diploma (or equivalent, including professional qualifications), not necessarily in a business related subject, plus at least 3 years of work experience at a professional or managerial level.

Alternatively, applicants without formal qualifications, but with a minimum of 5 years of management experience, are welcome to apply.
Applicants with non-standard qualifications will be invited to attend an interview.
