Overview

At the end of this International Strategy program from Ecole Supérieure de Gestion, you will have acquired the skills that will allow you to:

• Design the overall strategy of your Business Unit based on a strategic and operational diagnosis 
• Plan, optimize, manage the budget and coordinate the financial aspects of a department and/or department
