Overview
The food industry is booming: the food trade recorded sales of 224.56 billion euros in 2020. No wonder, because everyone has to eat and Germans are becoming increasingly quality-conscious about their diet. By studying food quality, you will gain skills and knowledge that will help you advance in both product development and quality management. The Food Quality master's course at the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences, like the other courses in the field of nutrition, is particularly practical.
