Overview

The first year of this Computer Science course from Institut Polytechnique de Paris builds a strong foundation in key areas with a project-based approach, while the second year allows specialization in one of our eight majors.

This highly selective programme is supported by two cutting-edge research laboratories:

Information Processing and Communications Laboratory (LTCI);
Distributed Services, Architectures, Modeling, Validation, Administration of Networks (SAMOVAR).

For students who wish to pursue a PhD after their master’s degree, the programme is affiliated with a PhD track programme in electrical engineering for early research immersion. This PhD track programme offers excellence scholarships and registration fee waivers.

After completing the second year of the Master’s programme, graduates will be prepared for diverse careers in academic and industrial research laboratories or directly in advanced applicative domains like cybersecurity, cloud computing, robotics, or artificial intelligence.
