You will gain an in-depth understanding of the intangible or ‘hidden’ assets, which typically make up 70% of a company’s value, and will learn how businesses can manage them in the most cost-effective and commercial way.

On this LLM Intellectual Property and Innovation degree you will gain the knowledge and experience to develop into a 21st century lawyer or legal service practitioner with specialist and in-depth understanding of intellectual property and commercial practice.

The entry requirement for this LLM in Intellectual Property and Commercial Practice is a 2:2 honours degree, ideally in a cognate discipline.

Candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
