Overview

The MA in Welsh Writing in English programme at Swansea University  is a uniquely compelling programme exploring the emergence of English language and literature within Wales. 

Teaching is led by the Centre for Research into the English Literature and Language of Wales (CREW), and stimulating modules address the political, gendered and literary dimensions of literature in Wales.

You can select modules from other specialist MAs such as the MA in English Literature and the MA in Creative Writing, as well as literature modules from other MA programmes taught in the College of Arts and Humanities.

The College of Arts and Humanities is based on our inspirational Singleton Park campus, in parkland overlooking Swansea Bay.Designed to promote individual and collaborative research activity of international standard, the Graduate Centre provides a supportive environment for postgraduate research and taught masters study. It offers postgraduate training to enhance academic and professional development, and facilitates seminar programmes, workshops and international conferences.
