Overview
The integration of international business and politics is central to the programme, but it also covers key aspects of international law.
At this International Business and Politics MSc course from the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) you learn about international businesses, national and international political institutions and NGO’s and how these different actors cooperate, compete and influence each other in an international environment. You learn to navigate and analyse the ‘grey’ areas between international business, international law and national, regional and international political systems in order to understand contemporary changes in world society. You gain knowledge of political institutions and how they create, adjust and limit markets nationally as well as internationally. These regulations affect companies as well as they themselves affect political decisions and the political environment. You are provided with the qualifications to understand and analyse these types of interactions.
Career Opportunities
The career opportunities are broad and graduates pursue careers within many different areas. With an MSc in International Business and Politics you can for example pursue a career within international businesses, consulting companies, interest organisations, NGO’s, and public organisations such as ministries, the EU, or the UN system. Some IBP graduates have also started their own companies.
