The main specific competences achieved by the graduates are:
- expertise, analysis, and evaluation of basic and applied pedagogy knowledge and knowledge of other related scientific disciplines;
- ability to analyze complex pedagogical problems on professional autonomous way;
- ability to use research methods, approaches, and techniques in the field of pedagogy with critical evaluation;
- ability to plan, organize, and conduct scientific qualitative and quantitative pedagogical research;
- understandings of developmental, individual, social, and cultural characteristics in pedagogical work; and
- ability for pedagogical counseling of individuals, groups, and institutions in different social contexts.
