The Master of Arts in Geography program at the University of Northern Iowa provides students with opportunities to engage in cutting-edge research and scholarship in geography, and to gain practical experience through internships and practicums. Graduates are prepared for careers in a variety of fields, including environmental consulting, urban planning, and geographic information systems (GIS) analysis.
