It is a two-year EDAMUS - Sustainable Management of Food Quality academic curriculum with theoretical, methodological and practical courses throughout the different EDAMUS institutions. The last semester is dedicated to an internship in a research laboratory or in a company.

  • B2 level in English
  • B2 level in French or A2 level + intensive summer course at the French Language Centre of CIHEAM-IAMM
  • Language level certificates are not compulsory in the application. The level both of English and French language is assessed through a telephone interview.
