Overview
It is a two-year EDAMUS - Sustainable Management of Food Quality academic curriculum with theoretical, methodological and practical courses throughout the different EDAMUS institutions. The last semester is dedicated to an internship in a research laboratory or in a company.

The EDAMUS programme at University of Montpellier trains professionals able to:

- ensure food safety and hygiene
- understand the different perspectives of development of agricultural resources and health food
- master the techniques of epidemiological investigation

- Must hold (or be expecting) a minimum level of Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- B2 level in English
- B2 level in French or A2 level + intensive summer course at the French Language Centre of CIHEAM-IAMM
Language level certificates are not compulsory in the application. The level both of English and French language is assessed through a telephone interview.
