The Erasmus Mundus Master in EDAMUS - Sustainable Management of Food Quality at University of Montpellier aims to develop internationally trained experts in management of Food Quality.

Overview

It is a two-year EDAMUS - Sustainable Management of Food Quality academic curriculum with theoretical, methodological and practical courses throughout the different EDAMUS institutions. The last semester is dedicated to an internship in a research laboratory or in a company.

Learning Outcomes

The EDAMUS programme at University of Montpellier trains professionals able to:

  • control issues related to food / nutrition / public health
  • ensure food safety and hygiene
  • understand the different perspectives of development of agricultural resources and health food
  • master the techniques of epidemiological investigation

  • B2 level in English
  • B2 level in French or A2 level + intensive summer course at the French Language Centre of CIHEAM-IAMM
  • Language level certificates are not compulsory in the application. The level both of English and French language is assessed through a telephone interview.
