Key Facts and Outcomes
- The Project and Enterprise Management programme aims to equip students with an advanced understanding of management thinking relating to the management of enterprises and projects in the built environment, particularly with regard to the roles that projects and enterprises play in construction; and to give students a sound appreciation of the way construction projects should best be defined, developed, and delivered.
- The University College London (UCL) programme aims to equip students with an advanced understanding of management thinking relating to the organisation and management of projects and firms/organisations (enterprises) in the built environment, particularly with regard to the roles that projects and enterprises play in construction; and to give students a sound appreciation of the way construction projects should best be defined, developed, and delivered.
- Built environment disciplines include, engineering, architecture, surveying, construction management, urban planning and design, economics and finance and topics related to sustainability.
- As a programme oriented primarily to the social sciences, the programme also welcomes students with degrees and or experience in areas such as geography, business studies, philosophy with an aspiration to use this in a built environment context.

General requirements
- A first or second-class Bachelor’s degree from a UK university in an appropriate subject, or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard from a recognised higher education institution.
- A small number of programmes require the GMAT or GRE General Test.
- For some taught programmes, applicants whose qualifications are of a lower standard may be admitted if they can demonstrate an appropriate academic background and experience in the relevant field.
- Applicants may be required to pass a qualifying examination, or pass a qualifying year of a Graduate Diploma, before being registered in to the corresponding Master’s programme.
