Program Description
The Data Analytics Engineering - Experiential program at Northeastern University builds on an engineering or science foundation with data mining, data management, machine learning, and visualization skills and hands-on experience—all needed for a career solving problems and improving products, processes, services, systems, and enterprises across industries. The curriculum provides close connections to industry leaders and accelerates degree completion.
Industry projects are embedded within advanced core courses, including machine learning, data mining, database management, and visualization. You can also specialize your degree with interdisciplinary, credit-bearing experiential offerings, including co-op, projects, and independent studies.
The one-year accelerated program is designed for students that have the time to devote to full-time study. You'll be prepared to take on a data analyst position in any industry or enter a doctoral program in areas including engineering, healthcare, business, finance, security, or sustainability.Programme Structure
