Overview
Bond University's Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance explores critical aspects of enterprise governance including ethics, commercial structures, strategy, risk, compliance, finance, tax and insolvency, privacy, consumer law, IT law and cyber security. There is a substantial focus on law and ethics: all enterprise governance is underpinned by a regulatory, legal and compliance framework, and effective enterprise governance must be, and be seen to be, ethical.

General requirements

- The Master of Laws in Enterprise Governance is open to both law and non-law graduates.
Minimum entry requirements are:
- a Bachelor of Laws;
- any Bachelor degree plus five years relevant workplace experience inclusive of two years in a leadership role.
- As tuition is delivered in English, all students will be required to provide documented evidence of the required level of proficiency in the English language.
