Climate change, disasters and inequality are among the many urgent global challenges that international development must strive to address. 

This International Sustainable Development programme aims to develop your critical understanding of, and provide practical insight into how international development works in terms of contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals. 

The theoretical inquiry will go hand in hand with a practical orientation to the field, and will be contextualised within the analysis of the broader economic, social, technical and political issues influencing the field today.

The programme from Loughborough University London offers practical-based learning through industry-led projects. Students will engage with leading organisations and agencies to develop professional skills throgh the Collaborative Project, with options to undertake a dissertation or internship with industry.
