About the International Relations program
The International Relations program from University of Oklahoma offers a broad understanding of world affairs from a variety of perspectives: political, economic, social, historical, geographic, and philosophical.
The Master of Arts - International Relations (MAIR) is an interdisciplinary non-thesis degree program. Courses are offered in communication; political science; history; geography; economics; and international and area studies.
The program is designed to equip students with the tools to develop a broad base of knowledge in international relations, the ability to conduct research and analyze information from a variety of sources, and the skills necessary to express their thoughts effectively.
Courses are taught in an accelerated format and class days and times vary. Please see course syllabus for accurate information regarding your course. The number of credit hours you take each semester should be discussed with your advisor and reflective of your personal and work schedules.
