About the Integrative Studies program
When you’re trained in multiple disciplines with skillsets in two or more areas, you’ll find yourself more marketable in a variety of emerging fields. More importantly, the MAIS program can be customized to meet your specific career goals.
The degree offers tracks in Diversity, Interdisciplinary Research Methods, Volunteerism and Social Entrepreneurship, and a Self-Design* track. You can choose the track that is most appealing to you.
The Master of Arts with a Major in Integrative Studies from University of Oklahoma is a program designed to accommodate working adults. When you are admitted into the program, you will be assigned an advisor who creates an individual graduation plan. This plan will help organize and identify the courses you need for your degree.
