Overview
In this Diversity, Equity and Social Justice concentration from University of Oklahoma, students will gain skills that are essential to promote structural change. Students will learn to analyze structural inequality, identify societal problems, advocate for policy change, design programs as well as evaluate solutions and outcome-based assessments. Students will be learn how to advocate for change in an ever-changing dynamic society. This emphasis is aimed at professionals in the field who seek to acquire the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to advocate for diversity, equity, and justice in social policy and programming.

The fracturing of the human relations system is at a high and continues to grow in complexity. As a result, there is a need for employees with an advanced understanding of organizational studies and human relations theory, along with practical experience serving the needs of impacted groups.
