General requirements

  • Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.40.
  • Students must be in good academic and disciplinary standing with Saint Louis University and the Doisy College of Health Sciences.
  • Students must be in their fifth semester of collegiate study on the HIM to M.H.A. Accelerated Track and apply to the SLU M.H.A. Program
  • Students must be eligible to complete the accelerated curriculum with no more than 15 credits during each semester during year four of the program.
  • After completing 75 credits, students will submit an application to SLU's M.H.A. program. If admitted, these students will begin their MHA program in their fourth year.
  • After successful completion of the first year of the M.H.A. coursework, the student will be awarded the B.S. in HIM degree and continue in the M.H.A. program.
