Overview
The Villanova University LLM in Taxation features over 45 comprehensive electives taught by our more than 60 faculty members, including full-time tax scholars and leading practitioners from Big Four accounting firms, law firms, the IRS and other tax companies and organizations.
What you'll learn
At Villanova, you will examine taxation from multiple perspectives, allowing exploration of how both the law and accounting affect the field’s ever-changing landscape. Students may also pursue a specialty certificate in Employee Benefits Law, Estate Planning, and State and Local Taxation, either together with the LLM degree or on a stand-alone basis. The LLM in Taxation is available on-campus, online or in a hybrid format.

You must also participate in the Credential Assembly Service (CAS) and be registered with CAS during the application year.
