Careers

Coaching and mentoring are distinct but also diverse practices, which can be undertaken at periods of career transition and to help you gain professional qualifications. You might already be working as a teacher, school leader, coach or mentor within education, or you may be from another profession, such as speech and language therapy, mental health charity or the arts, and want to work collaboratively with teachers. This course will allow you to progress within your role, and should you wish to, aim for promotion based on your professional development. If you want to continue your studies, you have the option to claim recognition for prior learning and progress to a full MA in Education.
