Overview
Students will hone professional skills and develop their creative voice towards a final original piece of writing for the large or small screen. In addition to the specialist modules in screenwriting, students will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with students from the other programmes, at key points during the year.
This programme is for students who are passionate about the moving image, love to write, and have the ambition to become professional screenwriters.
The MA Screenwriting course from Metfilm School Leeds equips students with professional skills to develop their own voice and produce marketable and commercially successful scripts for film, television and web series. During studies, students will take part in a unique industry project for an external client.
