Overview
Key Features
The theoretical approaches, principles and methods in the life sciences as well as the special features of molecular life processes in plants are taught. The program focuses on the in-depth scientific study of the molecular mechanisms that control plant development and adaptation processes to the animate and inanimate environment, as well as the interplay between developmental and adaptive processes.
The Cellular and Molecular Plant Biology course from University of Tübingen provides students with an understanding of the manifold life processes in plants at biochemical, molecular, cellular and physiological levels. The curriculum covers the theoretical explanatory approaches, principles and methods in the life sciences as well as the distinctive features of the molecular life processes in plants.
