Overview
This MFA is a pathway under our new 'MFA Creative Industries' bracketed award, and covers the skills taught in both our MA Songwriting and Music Production and MA International Music Business degree courses.On this course, you will learn:
- Specialist technical and professional music industry knowledge
- Music marketing, promotion, and analytics for 2022
- Advanced business and management theory for the creative industries
- The ins and outs of copyright, contracts, royalties, licensing, etc.
- Practical projects and negotiation skills
- How to think analytically, act strategically, see things differently
Accreditation
On successful conclusion of your course, you will be awarded a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Chichester. All UK degrees, including those of the University of Chichester, are recognised worldwide. The qualification is fully accredited in the UK and subject to regular quality control, review and external invigilation to ensure the highest academic standards are maintained.

Applicants are required to have successfully completed an undergraduate degree in any subject. There is no 'Recognition of Prior Learning' entry method for our MFA courses.
Technological requirements
Being an online degree, students are required to have the equipment they need to produce their own work.
