Overview
At Biomedical Science (Genomics and Precision Medicine) from University of Sydney students will develop deep expertise in genetics and ‘omics relevant to all areas of medicine which have significant impact on clinical management including cancer, infectious diseases, neurology, cardiology, nephrology, ophthalmology and other subspecialty areas in paediatrics, obstetrics and adult care and gain invaluable genomic and related biomedical industry experience and connections when you undertake an industry capstone experience.
Careers
Graduates from the Master of Biomedical Sciences (Genomics and Precision Medicine) have an advanced knowledge of genetic medicine, research literature and genomic techniques. They are able to reflect critically and incorporate genomic and precision medicine knowledge and skills into their practice or research; adopting an evidence - based approach in clinical and research laboratories, and in non-clinical settings.

- Or a pass bachelor degree in a science, medical or veterinary science, biomedical science, health science or a health-related discipline with minimum of 24 months relevant work experience
