  • Utility Standard: Students will acquire evaluation planning and design skills to ensure that program stakeholders find evaluation processes and products valuable in meeting their needs. This includes ensuring appropriate representation of values, norms, and beliefs of stakeholder groups.
  • Feasibility Standard: Students will develop knowledge of practical project management skills to increase evaluation effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Proprietary Standard: Students will understand appropriate negotiation, planning, and reporting practices to support what is proper, fair, legal, right and just in evaluations.
