Overview
There is a strong focus on research and project-based learning, to apply learned concepts, including an independent research project in final year. The curriculum of the Engineering Technology (Renewable Energy and Electrical Power Systems) program from Federation University Australia also covers sensors, artificial perception, and Internet of Things (IoT) in smart energy systems.
This degree is also available to international students located outside Australia to commence via online studies whilst travel restrictions are in place. When travel restrictions ease, students should transition to campus to complete their studies.
As a graduate, you may seek managerial roles with private consultants, contracting companies, or federal, state and local government organisations.
