The PGDip is made up of 120 credits over two years, with the option to transfer up to 60 credits through Recognition of Prior Learning and enter straight into year two.

The second year of this Postgraduate Diploma in Enhanced Professional Practice at University of Greenwich award is identical to that of the MSc Advanced Clinical Practice. It consists of research methods, plus a selection from independent prescribing (with specific regulations), leadership and management, or a portfolio of specialist practice.

  • Relevant first degree and / or professional qualifications and studies, with the ability to study at level 7
  • Either:- those wishing direct entry to Year 2: 60 academic credits, or equivalent recognised / tariffed learning, at Level 7 (or max 30 at Level 6 and 30 at Level 7)- those without prior CPD credits or recognised learning at Level 7: the ability to study and gain a choice of CPD or learning evidence, equal to 60 credits (either 60 at Level 7, or up to 30 credits at Level 6 / remainder at Level 7).
