This Advanced Health and Care Management (Innovation and Transformation) programme from Swansea University will enable you to realise innovation at a local level, with potential to lead through transformation at system level. Using the Bevan Commission’s thinking and Innovators, along with perspective from NHS Innovation Leads, industry and the wider sector, you will gain first-hand, invaluable insights into the application of the theories you will study.

General requirements
- Students must attain 2:1 (or overseas equivalent) in an undergraduate degree and any degree subject will be considered. We would also be willing to consider those with other backgrounds and work experience in the sector, in place of the degree entry requirement.
- Students must also have a minimum of one year relevant work experience. (Additional experience may be required to access the WG funded bursaries on the programme).
