The Master in Advanced Practice and Management in Nursing at University offers pioneering training that promotes leadership in the nursing profession . And we do it through research, advanced practice and management in the field of nursing.

We place special emphasis on the development of two of the most demanded roles in professional practice. This Master combines two professional nursing profiles that the student can choose: advanced practice and management.

Its objective is to educate in the capacity for the development of transformational leadership , that is, to respond to the new health needs of the health system in an efficient and humanistic way. Therefore, students will acquire competences in research, decision making, organization, planning and management in Nursing.

The master is taught on Thursdays and Fridays weekly at the Faculty of Nursing of the University of Navarra in Pamplona. It is official and has the teaching collaboration of professionals from IESE Business School,  the No. 1 business school in the world according to The Financial Times.
