About this Degree
Longer life expectancy is resulting in a greater proportion of elderly patients requiring masticatory organ care which meets their specific needs – care which greatly improves their quality of life.
The number of patients with functional disorders is steadily increasing, making the provision of comprehensive training in diagnostic and treatment methods a health care policy priority. Interdisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of functional disorders forms an important part of the curriculum of this course.
