Overview
IP law faces unprecedented challenges. Emerging phenomena such as cloud computing, biotechnological inventions and big data are making it necessary to define an optimal interface between law and technology. Similarly, IP law has become a crucial factor in economic, scientific and societal/moral decisions. In view of the above, the Master in IP attracts professionals from the public and private sectors, as well as junior academics wanting to play a leading role in the practice and teaching of IP.
