In addition, students acquire skills and competencies in dynamic leader¬ship development and strategic decision-making.
This Master of Business Administration program at at EU Business School provides a solid foundation in key business disciplines while allowing students to acquire specialist knowledge in a field of interest by studying electives from two of the three different MBA pathways offered at EU Munich.

- Purchasing Manager
Purchasing managers are responsible for creating and executing purchasing strategies within an organization. They will source and select vendors, negotiate prices and contractual terms and conditions, make orders, track deliveries and monitor and forecast future demand levels, among others. Building trust with suppliers and clearly communicating and detailing product technical information is key for success.
The skills required to become a purchasing manager include negotiation, data collection and analysis as well as leadership.
- Channel Sales Manager
Channel sales managers are responsible for managing a team of sales representatives who commercialize goods across several channels. Their ultimate objective is to increase sales and profit for a company taking into account specific channel needs. The channel sales manager will typically manage subordinate staff. Delegation and strategic planning skills are both crucial for this role. To succeed as a channel sales manager, candidates should have good negotiation, interpersonal, communication and numerical skills
- Budget Analyst
Budget analysts are responsible for evaluating budget proposals in order to determine the optimal allocation of project funds. They are also tasked with reviewing budget proposals and requests for funding, evaluating spending needs, and conducting cost-benefit analysis. A budget analyst needs to be proficient in math and must also be an extremely detail-oriented working individual. and an exceptional level of written and verbal communication are required to be a successful employee relations manager.
- International Business Analysts
International business analysts help companies successfully expand into foreign markets and/or grow their business overseas. They work across a multitude of sectors. As part of their job function, they will undertake financial analyses, research local laws and regulations, carry out market research, develop business plans and strategies and prepare project proposals to fulfill an organization’s objectives. International business analysts will undertake risk analysis when making proposals. They also manage and monitor projects and may take the project lead. They are highly organized professionals with skills in research.
International business analysts will have excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.

In partnership with University of Derby and London Metropolitan University in the U.K., and Dublin Business School, Ireland, EU students earn state-recognized degrees. The minimum entry requirements for the MBA are:
- 1 certified copy of bachelor's degree and transcripts
- Proof of English level: TOEFL score 80 (internet-based), 213 (computer-based); IELTS 6.0 minimum; B2+ CEFR; native English speaker or equivalent
- A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
- A satisfactory score on the GMAT
- An interview with the academic department
