Rapid developments in recent decades within technology and biological science have created completely new ways of producing and processing foods.
The main objective of the Food Service Technology (by Research) programme from Management and Science University is to prepare students in terms of knowledge, skills in food service technology and also producing innovative and confident manpower.
Experimental design and appropriate data analysis for case studies in food science and technology will be discussed, and the use of statistical software emphasised.
