Overview
The Molecular Medicine (Mixed) programme from University Sains Malaysia has an emphasis on translational research with a focus on biomarker discovery and the development of vaccines and therapeutics.
What you'll study
The programme consists of three semesters. In the first semester, candidates will undertake core courses. In the second semester students can select a research- or an industry-focused pathway allowing them to customize learning that will be relevant towards their career goals. - Bachelor's degree in Science or related area with:
- CGPA of at least 2.75 / 4.00; or
- CGPA between 2.50 - 2.74 with the following additional conditions: or
- Research experience for at least one year; or
- Work experience in related field for at least one year; or
- At least one (1) academic publication in the relevant field; or
- Grade B for major / elective courses; or
- Grade B+ for final year project
- CGPA between 2.00 - 2.49 (Bachelor's Degree with Honours) with the following additional conditions: or
- Research experience for at least five (5) years; or
- Work experience in related field for at least five (5) years; AND
- At least one (1) academic publication in the relevant field; or
