This International Commercial Dispute Resolution (Part Time)  course at the University of East Anglia  is all about how the law can assist and facilitate the resolution of international or cross-border disputes and thus world trade. International trade and business have increased significantly over the last few decades, and this has brought a corresponding increase in commercial cross-border disputes, the management and resolution of which is very different from the resolution of purely domestic disputes. Most international law firms have a department dedicated to international dispute resolution and studying this subject is essential, therefore, if you want a career in cross-border dispute resolution or international trade and commerce, or indeed in a trade-related government department.

In addition to the core modules of international commercial litigation and international commercial arbitrations, students have a choice to select specialised international commercial dispute resolution modules, such as investment law and arbitration, Sharia Arbitration, and international construction law and dispute resolution.
