The M.Phil.Ed. in Professional Counseling functions as the second year of our Professional Counseling Programs, following the M.S.Ed. in Counseling and Mental Health Services. The M.Phil.Ed. at the University of Pennsylvania prepares students to become Certified School Counselors and/or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs).
