- University Bachelor degree in the fields of Business and Public Management, Law, Economics or Political Sciences.
- In case the applicant does not have a University Bachelor degree in the required fields, he/she has to take bridge courses and pass required exams (30 ECTS) in Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy.
- In case the applicant has a Professional Bachelor degree in required fields, he/she has to take bridge courses and pass required exams (60 ECTS) at Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy.
- Required level of English – B2 or higher (please refer to CEFR).
