Overview
The aim of the Psychology programme from Lund University is to provide you with a Master's degree firmly based in current research and offering broad career opportunities. You have the possibility of selecting courses specialising in different fields of Psychology within the programme. The language of instruction is English.
The programme comprises a total of 120 credits, including a Master's thesis of 30 credits. Upon completion of the programme a degree of Master of Science (two years) in Psychology is awarded.
Career prospects
A Master’s degree in psychology is an excellent foundation for further research within the different fields of psychology. Other common career options are within the areas of qualified investigative work, HR or health. You could also work with organisational issues, change management, communication and rehabilitation or be self-employed.

- A Bachelor's degree with a major in Psychology including at least 15 credits of psychological research methods and statistics.
- English 6/English Course B.
- Based on grades on courses including thesis in psychology, if applicable, and statement of purpose.
