To make learning more effective and practical, the educational program is embedded in a project-based framework. Using concrete data sets and algorithmic techniques, the entire program will offer a “Data Science in Action” project, run with corporate partners. The goal of “Data Science in Action” is to utilize real-life event logs to illustrate and apply concepts presented across other courses.
Practical activities will evolve into internships at partner companies. The last term is devoted to the completion of final projects, possibly within partner companies, and to crafting one’s Master Thesis. The second year of study is organized in a way to assure candidates access to agreements, internships, and mobility study programs with a wide network of international universities and companies.
