Key facts
University of Guelph's French Studies students will follow a minimum of 5 courses (2.5 credits) during fall and winter semesters. At spring and summer are internship (0.5 credit) and a work of search for at least 40 pages under the direction of a full professor (0.5 credits). Entry to the program is usually done in September and the training lasts an average of 12 months. We provide financial support including two course loads consecutive (or assistantship of research according to the needs of the unit) and a financial supplement. These scholarships are awarded based on the quality of admission files.

- Candidates are normally holders of a BA specializing in studies French (Honors) or equivalent. They must have maintained a average of B + (77%) over the last four semesters of the B.A.
