Overview
Pursue mathematics research in the broad areas of applied, discrete or pure math. Your education will be supplemented by coursework and regular seminars. The sum of your research will be a thesis that will advance the field of mathematics. You’ll defend this final work in an oral examination that will prove your mastery of mathematics. The Mathematics program is offered at University of Victoria, British Columbia.
