Overview
The goal of the Mechanical Engineering Machine Theory and Control programme from Yildiz Technical University is to provide engineers with master's degree in the area of Machine Theory, System Dynamics and Control who are capable of following the innovations in the national and international platforms, taking part and offering solutions in the technical and R&D works of industry.
Within this program, while students specializing in vibrations,noise, control and robotics, they get practical experince by laboratory and field applications. In addition, to take an active role in training faculty in the area of Machine Theory, System Dynamics and Control.
Occupational Profiles Of Graduates
MS graduates of the Machine Theory, System Dynamics and Control program are capable to serve in the R&D works and projects by taking part in the processes of design, analysis, control, optimization and experimental measurement of mechanical systems.

General requirements
- To study in the graduate programs, the students are required to take an exam called “ALES” (Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Exam), which is also administered by ÖSYM, and submit this score with their application. GRE or GMAT can also be a substitute of ALES. The applicants have to meet additional program requirements defined by the universities.
- In Turkey, the universities have the right to define the admission criteria themselves and these admission criteria have to be approved by Higher Education Council of Turkey (YÖK).
