What you will learn

Studying at Imperial will open doors across the world and give you access to the very latest research in business, technology, science, engineering and healthcare.

As with all Imperial MBA programmes, your certificate on completion will not include your mode of study.

The Executive MBA programme offered at Imperial consists of pre-study modules, core modules, electives and a final project. You will also undertake two specialist international core modules, which will expose you to global business practices outside of our London base. The core modules have been carefully designed to fit an online format delivered via The Hub.

Our programmes are intensive periods of study. Contact hours form only part of the activity that you will be asked to undertake. You will be required to devote time preparing for lectures, undertaking background reading, working in groups, completing assessments (both individual and in groups), revising for exams etc.

General requirements

The minimum requirement is a 2.2 degree or an approved professional qualification.
You will typically require a minimum of ten years' relevant postgraduate work experience, including at least five years of management experience; however, candidates with over eight years' relevant experience can be exceptionally considered. This should include significant management experience, which may include line, project or matrix management. If your maths does not seem to be at the required level, you may be asked to sit a short maths test prior to an offer being made.
A wide variety of international qualifications are accepted.
All candidates must demonstrate a minimum level of English language proficiency for admission to the College.
