Over the years, the Intercultural Business Communication and Marketing programme of the University of Surrey has successfully trained graduates who have gone on to fruitful careers in a variety of international organisations, particularly in areas such as:

What you will study
This course develops an understanding of effective marketing processes and how language can be used for effective business communication in an international context. The course will enable you to develop an international and intercultural point of view and prepare you for a thriving career in linguistically and culturally diverse marketing and business environments.
As part of your studies, you will complete a project evaluating the business, communication or marketing aspects of a company of your choice, which will enable you to apply your knowledge and skills in a new context.
There is no dissertation associated with this course. Students undertake a summer project.
