With the support and collaboration of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, in the context of the Nova SBE - Gulbenkian Chair for the Impact Economy, the program brings together the technical and personal competencies of management and innovation with an entrepreneurial journey for impact.

Career Development Program

The Career Development Program helps students acquire market knowledge and set their personal and professional goals aligned while attaining the fundamental skills that will empower them to become the most knowledgeable candidates and conscious professionals.The program thus includes an induction week that includes workshops, corporate events, networking sessions, and individual career counseling.

General requirements

  • The program requires background knowledge in Mathematics at the level of a first-cycle in Economics or Management. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in the scientific areas of Science, Technology/Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance or Management, or other scientific areas. For those with limited quantitative skills, it will be mandatory to attend the bridging course in August.
  • Candidates are encouraged to provide evidence of English language proficiency at level B2. No knowledge of Portuguese is required.
