Overview
Rehabilitation discipline consists of five carefully selected areas, as shown below. One of the characteristics of the university is that rehabilitation has incorporated functional morphology and educational sciences in addition to physical, occupational, and dysphasia-related therapies.
The key feature of the field of rehabilitation is that research themes that will provide useful findings for clinical practice are being constantly pursued. Barriers have been removed between areas and clinical sites and provides research instructions, which are linked to clinical practice and research to be pursued by students after they complete the Health Sciences - Rehabilitation course at Fujita Health University .
Educational Objectives
- Advanced problem-exploration skills that allow them to understand the current situation as well as future prospects of the healthcare and medical areas that are most relevant to their chosen specialist role
- A detailed understanding of the nature of healthcare and deep practical experience and skills to apply knowledge to practice through the study of areas that are closely related to healthcare and practical science
- The ability to think logically and other academic skills that will allow them to keep up with academic research as researchers, teachers, and/or highly skilled professionals in the healthcare- and medicine-related disciplines
