General requirements

The candidates should possess: 

  • A good honours degree in computing; or
  • A good honours degree in a related discipline with 2 years IT industry experience; or
  • A good bachelor's degree in computing with 2 years IT industry experience; or
  • A good bachelor's or honours degree in business related discipline with 2 years IT industry experience.

Candidates with degrees in Electronic Commerce/ Engineering/ Economics/ Statistics/ Mathematics can also be considered for admission to the Information Systems specialisation. 

The above admission requirements are the minimum requirements. Admission is on a competitive basis and preference will be given to students with IT related job experiences.

In general, all applicants are required to submit GRE/GMAT or TOEFL scores. However, submitted applications without these test scores may be considered, subject to the admission committee’s decision. Please note that admission to the programme is on a competitive basis.
