Career:
Our online master's programme in leadership and management is ideal for forming the future of specialists and executives in business. IU optimally prepares you for a career managing people, resources, processes, or entire organizations—talents that are in-demand by companies of all kinds in many regions.
Change Management: Change Management involves all projects, activities, measures and duties that effect wide-reaching changes in a business. As a Change Manager you will accompany and guide your company through processes such as pursuing new strategies, changing developed strategies, updating technical and organisational systems, improving processes and procedures or developing the skills and expertise of employees.
Project Manager: As a Project Manager you lead, organise, plan, and negotiate with your clients and team members. You make sure that projects run on plan and on budget, always communicating with confidence and reason to get the job done. You might oversee product launches, campaigns, internal process changes, or other projects and act as a go between for all parties involved. You are a mediator, commander, and negotiator to deliver projects on time and achieve planned goals.
Consultant: As a Consultant, you are an expert at analysing the situation, assessing the needs and targets of your client, and offering confident advice. You will service companies in various industries, guiding them on how to introduce change, position themselves in the market, improve their management, or make decisions surrounding investment. If you are employed in a consultancy, you keep the goals of your employer in mind, but ensure that your client makes decisions that get them the answers they need.
