Accreditation
On successful conclusion of your course, you will be awarded a Master of Arts degree from the University of Chichester. All UK degrees, including those of the University of Chichester, are recognised worldwide. The qualification is fully accredited in the UK and subject to regular quality control, review and external invigilation to ensure the highest academic standards are maintained.
Programme Structure
All students will first complete 3 core modules:
- Music Industry in Context
- Copyright and Contracts
- Making Money
MA and PGDip students will then choose three modules from these Electives:
- Sync Licensing and Music Supervision
- Artist Management
- Digital Marketing
- Advanced Music Marketing and Promotion
- Career Development
MA students will then finish with either a Final Major Project or Dissertation.

Applicants are required to have successfully completed an undergraduate degree in any subject. A limited number of places are available for non-degree holders (see the ‘Recognition of Prior Learning’ section). We assume that completion of an undergraduate degree shows the applicant has the required level of academic ability to complete the course. Where applicants have been out of education for some time or come from a very different discipline, we can provide additional support through one to one tutorials during their course.

Our fee structure is extremely competitive and, as such, does not allow us as much room for bursaries or scholarships as some providers.
