With the part-time Strategic Management and Consulting program from CBS International Business School you will acquire the tools to successfully master these challenges.

Change processes in companies usually encounter resistance, even though opportunities often lie in change. Consultants give their clients the security they need on their way to restructuring or mergers. Therefore, the focus of the third semester is on the topic of “restarting a company”. From the fourth semester onwards, you will also deal with the challenges of organisational structures and development and take part in a business simulation game with your fellow students. You complete your studies with a master thesis in the fifth semester.

Training on the job

Security in customer consulting cannot be studied – it must be obtained in the practice. During your on-the-job master’s degree, you will have the opportunity to participate in a Business Project and a Business Simulation Game. Our lecturers will also give you an authentic picture of the profession and have a large network of industry representatives at their disposal through their practical experience.
